What does the CAB do?

The CAB is an independent charity, which helps people to resolve their legal, money and other problems, by providing information and advice and by influencing policy makers. You may need help writing a letter, claiming a benefit, fighting for your rights, or going to court.

Our trained volunteer advisers offer holistic advice to each person, helping them to explore alternative solutions to their problems and to get fair treatment.

All our advice is totally free, confidential and independent.
