feedback

we ask you

Each year West Berkshire CAB conducts a survey of its clients. We hope to find out more about who uses our service, why and what they think of it. We can use the information we receive to develop the service in a way that is most appropriate for the people of West Berkshire.

survey results

99% of those surveyed would use CAB again and recommend it to others

32% visited CAB at the suggestion of others (landlord, police, doctor, Social Services)

50% of enquiries dealt with benefit and debt issues

A detailed survey report is available on request.
